REST

Build a Foundation for Restful Days and Peaceful Nights

Everything begins with rest. When a child isn’t sleeping well, the effects ripple through the entire family. Parents are exhausted, routines become harder to maintain, and even the simplest parts of daily life can feel overwhelming. Healthy sleep isn’t just about getting through the night. It’s about creating a foundation that supports your child’s development, your family’s well-being, and your confidence as a parent.

Through the Rest pillar, I support families with children from the newborn state through early childhood to provide personalized, evidence-informed guidance that helps families create sustainable sleep habits and healthy routines that work for real life.

My Approach

Every child is different. Every family is different. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all sleep training or generic advice.

I take the time to understand your child’s temperament, development, medical history, current routines, your parenting style, and your family’s goals before making recommendations. Sleep expectations and recommendations vary by age and developmental stage, so every plan I create is tailored to your child’s unique needs and your family’s values.

After years of working with children and families in a variety of roles, I realized that sleep is often at the center of many of the challenges parents face. When families are well-rested, everything else becomes more manageable. Parents have more patience, children are better able to learn and regulate their emotions, and daily routines become easier to navigate.

My goal isn’t simply to help your child sleep through the night. It’s to help your entire family build healthy, sustainable sleep habits that support your child’s development, strengthen your confidence as a parent, and create a foundation for long-term well-being.

My approach combines evidence-informed education with compassionate, individualized support because I believe there is no single “right” way to help a family sleep better. Together, we’ll create realistic, sustainable solutions that fit your family and the way you want to parent.
