About Rebecca
Hi, I'm Rebecca.
I'm passionate about helping women create healthier homes, clearer minds, and more intentional lives.
I know how easy it is to put everyone else's needs first while your own well-being quietly slips to the bottom of the list. Whether you're navigating motherhood, adjusting to life with a new baby, trying to establish healthier routines, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, you deserve support that is practical, compassionate, and tailored to your unique situation.
That's why I created Rebecca Lange Wellness.
My work brings together more than 25 years of experience supporting children, families, and women through the many seasons and transitions of life.
I've worked hands-on with infants and children, supported new and growing families, helped parents navigate sleep and routines, and worked with women who are ready to make meaningful changes in their own lives.
Over time, I realized that these areas of life aren't separate.
Sleep affects routines.
Routines affect stress.
Stress affects how we show up for ourselves and the people we love.
Sometimes we need to rest.
Sometimes we need to step back and reset.
And sometimes we're ready to rise into something new.
That's the foundation of Rebecca Lange Wellness.
Rest. Reset. Rise.
Rest: Everything begins with a strong foundation.
When you're exhausted, everything feels harder.
My work with children and families began with newborn care, sleep, and supporting parents through some of the most demanding seasons of family life. Today, Rest includes personalized support for sleep, newborn care, and healthy family rhythms.
The goal isn't simply to get through the night.
It's to help families create sustainable foundations that support everyone's well-being.
Reset: Sometimes you don't need more discipline. You need a different approach.
Life can become complicated quickly. Too many responsibilities, too many decisions, and too many systems that don't actually fit the way you live can leave you feeling like you're constantly trying to catch up.
Reset is about stepping back, identifying what's creating unnecessary stress, and creating simpler routines, habits, systems, and environments that support your actual life.
The goal isn't perfection.
It's creating a life that feels more manageable and sustainable.
Rise: Once you have a stronger foundation, you have room to grow.
There are seasons when you're ready for something more.
Maybe you're navigating a major life transition. Maybe you've lost touch with what you want. Maybe you know exactly what you want but need support turning that vision into reality.
Rise is where coaching comes in.
Together, we'll create clarity, identify what matters most, navigate challenges, strengthen boundaries, and turn your goals into meaningful, practical action.
My Approach
I believe meaningful change happens through education, understanding, encouragement, and practical action.
There are no one-size-fits-all solutions.
I take the time to understand your goals, your family, your lifestyle, your values, and the challenges you're actually facing before creating personalized strategies that fit your life.
My role isn't to tell you what you should do.
It's to give you the knowledge, perspective, tools, and support to make decisions that align with your values and the life you want to create.
Sometimes you need a plan.
Sometimes you need someone to help you troubleshoot.
Sometimes you need accountability.
And sometimes you simply need a space where you can step back, think clearly, and figure out what comes next.
I strive to create a judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the process.

What I Believe
You don't need to become a completely different person to create a better life.
You don't need a perfect routine.
You don't need to do everything.
You need to understand what matters most, identify what isn't working, and make intentional changes that you can actually sustain.
Small changes can create significant shifts when they're the right changes.
That's the kind of work I want to help you do.
Let's Work Together
You don't have to know exactly what you need before you reach out.
Whether you're looking for better sleep, a calmer home, healthier routines, greater clarity, or support creating your next chapter, we can start by figuring out where you are and what would help most.
